good composition with effective lighting...you managed to get the bright lights coming through the window without underexposing the rest

Reminds me of an old barn. The lighting is good in this photo, nothing else in the room is illuminated apart from where the light comes in through the window.

I need to start taking my camera around everywhere with me, would help me think of taking pictures of sights like this.

I love this photograph. The difference between the two contrasts (black and white) make it look more meaningful, with the light reflected from the window. It also gives us more of a spiritual look... =D

A beautiful shot. I love how the light is streaming in and illuminating the stone wall and straw while the rest of the image is dark. The vines are also a nice decoration on the window... I don't think the shot would have been as successful if they were not there.
